What is RealtyView?
RealtyView is a web bases software designed for small to medium size realtor offices. RealtyView allows realtors to manage their listings, appointments, open houses etc and collaborate with other agents in their office.

What does RealtyView cost?
At this time the software is in BETA testing phase so you can register and use it for FREE. Eventually it will be offered on a low cost subscription basis.

What does BETA testing mean?
The BETA testing phase is where we make the software available to potential users and gather their feedback on its performance and feature set. This information is used to improve the final product.

What happens after the BETA test period?
After the BETA testing period you will be able to subscribe to the full feature of the software for a small subscription fee, if you choose not to subscribe you will be able to export/download any information you entered into the system.

Does RealtyView replace MLS?
No. RealtyView is a tool designed to help manage your real estate office, clients, and listing it is not meant as a replacement for MLS.

What are some of the features of RealtyView?
Here is a partial list of features, this list is not complete and addition features may be added by the end of the BETA test period.

Multi-User Collaboration	Allows users of the same agency to share listing, calendar,client notes Share Calendar feature allow assignment of listings to different agents in a agency to optimize workflow allow each agent in the agency to view/edit notes and other information in a listing
Web Based	allow users to access their listings from any internet connection no need to purchase expensive hardware or software data is stored securely in the cloud if you PC dies your data is save just go to another PC and login
Client Management	enter, store and search client and listing data match up listings with potential clients access client reports for mailings and other marketing campaigns
Store Pictures	store pictures electronically of each property able to show clients pictures of property while in office
Mapping Tool	show map of a given area with your listings highlighted.
Track Expenses	able to assign misc expenses to each listing and run report on expenses
Reporting	provide reporting on agency performance over a given period provide reporting on agent performance generate client lists generate property lists
